I would like to buy way more coins from this place, but because they insist on basing their prices off of the retail book value, there are very rarely any good deals. Some employees are rude as well.

Terrible prices and they have no idea what anything is worth. She thought an uncirculated coin was a proof and uses the redbook which is well above even retail prices

Great customer service, very friendly and was very open on negotiating price based on melt. Will continue business if I get the same customer service as the last time. I was a little hesitant based on the other two reviews but glad I decided to visit the store.

Sold me a ring for 1200.00 and then were very very rude to me. Would not fix problem. My brother took coin in to them. They offered 10 dollars. Went to the coin dealer downtown they offered 150.00. Have seldom had a worse retail experience.
