Horrible customer service by the gentleman that works there!  Very rude, won't be doing business with the Bismarck Zales.

A bit of a long story with this review. Bought my wife’s wedding ring from the Bismarck Zales about 5 years ago. She went in to get it sized one size bigger a couple months ago. They called her when it was ready and she went in to get it. She tried it on at the store, it was very tight and she couldn’t get it off at the store. She left thinking that her finger is just a little swollen and that the swelling would go down. Fast forward to 4 hours later and it is still stuck. She called the store and they said to not get it cut off and gave her ideas on what to do to try get it off, which we had already tried. Fast forward again to about 11pm. Her finger is numb, very swollen and turning purple. Worried about getting nerve damage in her finger, she went to the emergency room to get it cut off. She took pictures of her finger (which ended up getting blisters on it) and a picture of the ring to show the Zales employees as proof. She was terribly upset about this whole ordeal. The next week she went in to tell Zales what happened and how upset she was about the ring. Something must have happened when they were sizing the ring because she and I have the same ring size and mine is just a little tight on her but she can still take it off. They said they felt terrible about the situation and that they would fix the ring at no cost to us. We still have to pay for our emergency room bill but we weren’t expecting or even asking them to cover that. So my wife gave them the ring. A couple weeks later they called and said the ring was in.  She went in to get it and they told her it was going to be $200!!! She told the employee helping her that she was told we wouldn’t be charged for the fixing of the ring. The employee called the manager and the manager said that they couldn’t do that. Why would we have had them fix the ring if they are the reason it didn’t fit? We would have rather paid a different jewelry company more to fix it then give Zales more money. So after this incident, we will never buy anything from any Zales store. I will be telling my family members (many aunts, uncles, cousins, etc) and my wife’s family members to not buy anything from Zales. There are many other more professionally staffed jewelry stores in the Bismarck area. (ex. Zorells, Riddles, Kay, many more)
