All of the doctors and nurses I have come in contact with here have been so wonderfully attentive, caring, and willing to make me comfortable in any way possible. I also delivered my daughter here and will definitely have any of my future children here as well! My questions are always answered and any discomfort was addressed right away! This is the best hospital I've ever been at.

I am so thankful I live near this hospital. I had a procedure done and the nurses and doctors were personable, nurturing and competent. The culture has a down to earth, small town vibe. It is apparent that the staff treat their patients with care and respect. Bonus points for having a sun filled rotunda as one of the waiting rooms! Beautiful, clean facility.

Saved my life multiple times in the two weeks I was in the hospital. Also helpful and kind for other family and former family members admitted through the years as well. I love this entire hospital from Radiology to the Lab to the Head doctoral and nursing staff.

My personal experience has always been pretty positive with the Professional clinic doctors, treated with the best care and taken seriously. It seems certain departments have very different people. I went to see physical therapy and an ENT, fantastic people! Sadly, my husband did not have the same treatment as I did... I'm shocked to be honest. Emphasis on SHOCKED. It was very mixed in the Gastro department, which has some staff that is super friendly, helpful, and all around easy to speak with. While the others were pushy and impatient. I spoke with a nurse, assuming it was the doctors nurse, and man her tone in her voice. Impatient, pushy, and rude. "Uhh huh mmmhmm" just to schedule an appointment for my husband...Which was very discouraging from the get go. I had a bad feeling after that experience. My husband was in the ER at the Chaska 212 Hospital on Monday for Severe lower abdomen pain. Great staff there guys! They found out what it was and he was referred to see this so called top doctor. Fast forward to the the visit, the receptionist was amazing and friendly. So I thought okay this won't be so bad, and then I go sit and wait while he goes in. About 15 mins later he storms out of the office, completely upset and said we were leaving. The doctor lady was impatient with him trying to tell his story and very unprofessional. He has not been feeling well and got his days mixed up and she wouldn't it go she kept going on and on about it, and no, it wasn't the fact that yes it's important to get the timeline right; she was super rude about it. Then she made a snarky comment to him "What's the problem, do you have a problem with my aceeent?" (Whatever that's supposed to mean...) He told her that had nothing to do with it, and he could understand her fine! He didn't like the way she was condescending towards him, she spoke to him like he was a child. What happened to bed side manner? Stop worrying about your next patient and take the time to get to know and care about your current one. You're getting paid after all, it's really not that hard. Being book smart doesn't make you a good doctor, you need to know how to speak with your patients, not at them. Especially when it's a very invasive and embarrassing condition. Now I'm worried he's going to have anxiety about seeing his next doctor. Thanks a bunch lady...
