Brought my child in, the care was excellent and we saw the doctor quickly. My child needed surgery and was admitted to the hospital. Everyone was friendly. Very satisfied with the overall experience.

I’m updating my review. Buffalo Hospitalstaff nurses always treat me well. I have been suffering from chronic pain for the last six months. Upon going there, I was shamed and threaten to be sent to detox because there was alcohol in my system. Apparently threatening someone to send them to city 30 miles away has worked before. Not this time. negligent and cruel? YES YES YES. I’m sure if you got shot they might treat you if you were nice enough.

Just reading notes of my medical record.. Very surprised and totally offended by the judgement by the nursing -front desk "In-Take" staff. noted "patient could walk in easily without evidence of discomfort, after arrival complained of severe pain, concern of drug seeking behavior" This hospital should hire compassionate humans that actually will "care" for patients. I will never go back!! I was hunched over gripping my gut and shuffling my feet to the entrance door and a nurse actually met me with a wheelchair to get into the lobby! Gallstones and ruptured ovarian cyst, had a biliary obstruction of gallbladder duct. Thankfully Maple Grove hospital treated me with immediate compassionate care the moment I arrived at their door. I think the nurses are the ones seeking and sneaking the drugs!

I severely cut partially through three fingers on my right hand while doing some work outdoors. After providing myself first aid, I had my husband drive me to the ER in Buffalo as it is the closest place. I'd been to Buffalo a few years back and had a decent experience then as well. This time, they got me in immediately. I had seven stitches placed in the fingers during the visit. They were thorough and professional. The visit was quick and the staff were courteous. I would certainly return if necessary and have full confidence in the nurses and Doctors employed there.

Was just in for a 6 day migraine at that point it's now at day 9 and no relief. Dr. Kinnans treatment was unprofessional and incomplete. Sent me home without makung sure I was 1) able to go home.. thanfully i had a driver and 2) was feeling better. The Buffalo ER has gone down hill in servicing their patients.
