Apparently this storage facility could care less about their customers and their vehicles because I called months ago about their roads having massive potholes. This was back in winter, its now at the end of summer and the potholes were never addressed. However the receptionist had said on the phone that she would contact whoever to fix them and nothing was done about it  Also, this storage unit will not prorate or give you money back if you dont use the unit for the entire month and cancel it. Seems like a very selfish company who cares strictly about their revenue and not customer satisfaction. Ive never heard of a storage facility not willing to give your money back for the days you didnt use the unit after canceling.

Horrible, horrible experience.  I parked my new RV there and noticed a couple red flags at the very beginning.  Of course hindsight is always 20/20 so I thought nothing of them.  Their facility has massive, and I mean RV suspension-ending massive pot holes in their lot.  Even going 1-2 miles an hour was rough.  A huge section of their exterior fencing was flattened - albeit, along the interstate side, but still it was was essentially non-functioning.  I swap out my personal car for my RV when we traveled so my car sat there over Thanksgiving while we traveled.  I return my RV and start up my car to discover the unmistakable sound of my catalytic converter gone from my car!  I explained the incident to the front desk and it took the owner 4 days to call me back.  He gave me no recourse whatsoever.  No compensation, no prorated rent if I chose to end my rental, nothing!  He couldn't even assure me that my RV would be safe.  What's the point of storing my RV there then?!?!?!?!  Horrible experience - run away from this place.  Fast.

Best place I ever used kind and careing

It doesn't look like much, but I'm very happy with this storage facility. The two women that work in the office were extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgable about their facility. I got the smallest unit available which turned out to be a real deal. There was a special, three months for $75, $25 per month. I had been to several storage facilities previously, and they were either closed or had no units available. One I couldn't even get a hold of anyone. Ridgeway provides you the lock and keys. One time I left and mistakenly took the lock with me. The employees called me to inform me that my unit was unlocked. I really thought that was outstanding. They actually cared about the customer, rare these days. The units are clean. I have been on rainy days, and no leaks. I'm extremely happy with this facility and would recommend it to anyone that needs storage. My hats off to Ridgeway Self Storage.

The staff at my storage facility were friendly, knowledgeable and thorough when working with me on renting my storage space.  I opted for a climate controlled unit and am please to report that on my visits to the facility the temperature remained steady no matter what the outside temperature is.  The entire facility is well maintained and kept immaculately clean.  I definitely recommend AAAA Self Storage.

I have nothing but great things to say about this place. The staff is awesome,  SUPER friendly and very helpful.  I love the faculty from  the bathroom to the washing area, great added features that other storage places don't offer.

the only reason I give a four star review is because every time I go I have to wait for assistance.  They really could use more help.  Other than that the staff is great and the units are clean.

This place is lacking some bedside manner. Just a basic Hi how can I help you, or to even look at the customer as they walk in the office. Wondering where these friendly people were that the other commenters are referring too.

When first started using AAAA, they would hold yardsales at facility which was nice. They have since stop doing that. They also no longer do that. They no longer will hold a spare key.  Its the simple things when prices keep going up.
