I love the prices and for the most part the staff. However, I'm not at all impressed with their members card system. Since living here (1 year) they've had me make 2 new accounts because my phone number doesn't work and they can't look up my name. When asking how the number gets added, the cashier threw a fit and told me she had no idea and if I really cared to call corporate.. I don't believe that's anyway to react to a paying customer. She didn't offer to help, just wanted me to pay and get out of the way. Not happy and don't believe I'll be back. I'll pay the high prices for better customer service.

It's ok. Sale prices compete with Kent's but regular prices are not great. We go here to get bananas because they are ripe, whereas at Kent's they are usually green. The place is smaller than Kent's, less variety, not as good of lighting and not as clean.

They carry items Kent's doesn't, like new items or healthier options(fat free, low sugar products). They have some great weekly deals as well.

I'm consistently impressed with the deals and quality of the products at this grocery store. The staff has been friendly and warm each time we've visited.
