I absolutely wish this Smith's replaced my gone Smith's on 600 N. I love how big this Smith's is and how big of a selection it had. The people from the deli to the check out line and to the pharmacy are all so great. They greet you and they make sure that you are well taken care of. They care not only about your business but about you as an individual as well. Now onto what they offer, the produce is great, I love the pharmacy, and the deli is awesome! I love that they took the old Super K and make it into something awesome that Sears could never have accomplished. Great job Smith's! :]

I just moved out to this area and thought I'd give this place a try, instant regret and I'll never spend a dime here. I arrived at the store around 12:30 A.M.fully aware they were closing at 1A.M. I was getting some basic stuff including a pan to cook with. They announced over the intercom 3 or 4 times that they were closing soon which itself seemed a bit much and unnecessary. At 5 minutes to close as I was literally grabbing my last item I was approached by a female who informed me that I needed to go to the front to check out and leave. I said , ''Yes, I'm very aware I've heard the multiple announcements, thanks.'' And she says, ''Well you don't seem to care one bit that we've been here all day and would like go home!'' Um excuse me!? Last time I checked that's what the people there are being paid for, especially when the store is STILL OPEN. I'm sure she wasn't there out of the kindness in her heart. So I replied, ''Well if you'd like I can just leave now and you can put my cart full of groceries back?'' Her reply was ''Sure, go for it.'' So thats exactly what I did and why I'll never be back. Fantastic customer service! This employee seemed to only care about punching out and going home. If this were one of my employees she would be fired on the spot for something this rediculous. I've shopped at plenty of other Smith's and never had a single problem. I even worked at a Smith's as a teenager for several years and know I would have been fired. I'm sure nothing will come of this and she will go on to treat anyone else in there close to closing with the same hostility and bad attitude. It's too bad, it seems like a nice store.

I love the selection and the quick bite foods available, especially the salad bar. The only downside is there's no dedicated health food section. It's all integrated. It's sometimes easier to go to the Marketplace instead of finding it here.

A psychologically healthier alternative to Walmart grocery shopping. 
Smith's is just happier.  
The new store is great and still smells new.  Employees are always great and friendly and wonderful and great ;)
With the reduced anxiety from Smith's shopping, I can afford to pay their higher prices.  You almost can't afford not to.

Bright, clean, and huge. Large selection. Whoever is doing the zoning on the aisles needs a raise because the product presentation was incredible.
