I like to order my groceries online. The checklist on the Smith's website is easy to use. When I go to pick up my order the staff are very friendly and helpful. I recommend this service.

This is usually my go to place for groceries.. in the past 2 1/2 yrs of going there, I have only had issues a few times and its always the checkout area.. the first time my boyfriend went there, he went to the express line that is 15 items or less.. I think he had prob about 18 items (he didn't count before going to this register) and the cashier cursed him out about being at her register stating it was 15 items or less .. I mean, come on!! I have seen people go up there with a whole lot more than 18 items and checkout.. we spoke with front end sup, I don't think she did anything because she was making excuses for her.. I'm sorry, I was a front end sup at a home improvement store and you don't do that!! You apologize and let the cust know that we will speak with the cashier not make excuses!! The 2nd time, the FES was helping bag and I was in a long line and not once did she call for backup help and then when I got up to cashier, she walked away from bagging and I ended up having to do it myself (I am disabled)!! I think they need to fix their front end and teach all of their cashiers about great customer service and how to achieve that!! The pharmacy here is horrible!! The male techs are always rude and seem annoyed when they have to help you!! The ladies are always nice and friendly!! But I stopped going there because of the rude pharmacists!!

Friendly and amazing staff but they have recently stopped carrying most of the things I go here for and have a limited variety of other things I buy here. Some other reasons I won't be doing my major shopping here are overall pricing, and location. Haven't tried other Smith's to see if they had selection to meet my needs and wants due to locational reasons. Been shopping at Smith's my whole life and sorry to say it but I think you've lost this customer to WinCo.

Very clean store, very well stocked, has a Starbucks (just inside the entrance.) I personally like the Sushi.

The staff is very friendly and very helpful. I have to say that I feel really relaxed and comfortable here.

This place is close to my home so it's super convenient everybody's really friendly I can always find pretty good deals here I love it and I recommend it to anyone
