Rigolo, un petit café amusant offering french food with a California twist. Located in Laurel Village, with lot's of free and easy parking front and back. We are the most kid-friendly restaurant in San Francisco, offering offering a new Kids Play Area.

Story

Rigolo Café is a modern French bistro serving an excellent all-day menu. As a "petit café amusant", or whimsical little café, Rigolo caters to a clientele who come in to relax and have fun, while enjoying fresh, delicious food at an affordable price. Our kitchen staff prepares mouthwatering dishes that are made to order from scratch, using fresh, natural, locally-sourced and organic ingredients when available. We offer organic, fair trade coffees & espresso from a local roaster, and yummy, fresh, organic breads & pastries.

Rigolo offers curbside pickup service for phone and internet orders, as well as a convenient catering menu for groups and businesses in the surrounding neighborhoods. We also also delivery through Restaurants On The Run, Waiters On Wheels and Eat 24.

Le croque madame was great, but campagnarde crepe was very average... Plain taste and without a side of greens which other places offer in 99% of the time. They have a selection of french cookies, pastries, drinks. Overall an ok place for a quick bite.
I work around the block and have been coming here regularly for the past 5 years for my AM triple espresso macchiato. The girls are so sweet and know exactly how I like my coffee slightly wet... But not *too* wet The menu change has been great, although I still think the breakfast sandwich is much better on a croissant vs the new bread. Also, whatever happened to the French manager that brought in the new pastry line?? He was fabulous, bring him back AND BRING BACK THE PAN SUISSE!!! Great place for a low key family brunch read: super kid friendly, a quick lunch to go and especially great coffee. There's a Starbucks and Peets on the same block, but you'll find that Rigolo offer's a higher level of service , shorter lines and most importantly- better coffee! SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL CAFE! Fin.
Great food but the pastries are a bit stale.. also there this systemelectric queue for the restroom..
Loved the whole experience. Friendly and casual French bistro. The four of us got items from the breakfast menu. My goat cheese and honey crepe was nothing short of spectacular. Coffee was hot and strong. The omelets and potatoes dish had a lot of fresh veggies. We are going back for the lunch menu.
Good selection and tasty food. Clean and very comfortable. Only thing I would like to see is more French influence in the pancakes in the form of butter. I got the short stack pancakes. Fresh strawberries on top, great, a dusting of powdered sugar, nice, but no butter, what?! I had to reread the description of the cafe on the window, French influenced cafe. Where’s the butter on the pancakes?, the French ask. Bummed! Dry pancakes.
Great place. Our family of 6 was confused as to where to go to eat. I believe it was the owner who approached us outside and let us know it was kid friendly. The back had a kids area and the food was great. And to top it off the gentleman gave our kids free ice cream. Just genuinely kind and super accommodating. Definitely would recommend the place!
Was pretty good! Had the avocado open face sandwich; goat cheese sliced tomatoes and avocado on toasted Levain bread. Would highly recommend this! They offer good coffee and pastries as well. A nice neighborhood cafe. Some items are pricey but overall food quality is good.
Overpriced and food is bland. Ordered a scramble to go and when I got back to my office to eat, I realized they got my order wrong and the avocado was old and brown. On top of that, the potatoes were dry and flavorless and I was given plain toast with no butter or jam. Definitely not worth the $16 price tag.
Nice place with nice food, very family friendly ! You can find salads, crepes, omelets/eggs and they also have a selection of French cookies, chocolates and candies from France. I often find things that I don’t find anywhere else. Big Plus: There’s a kids area with toys and books ! My daughter loves going to Rigolo :
