Expensive gas but cheap smog. No need to call to make an appointment. And there's some pretty decent places to eat right around it, including a liquor store and a tattoo parlor. Amazing tattoo artists!! Get a tattoo while your car is getting smogged.

This is a great place to get service! I needed my tire repaired, and he was extremely helpful (advised me to not call a tow truck, but drive my tire with 8 lbs of air pressure to the nearest place with air, pump it up, and drive it to him.) He found a screw in it, and had it fixed in under 5 minutes and charged me $15. Couldn't be happier!

I had a nail in my tire so air was leaking out and it was nearly flat when I pulled in to Rhino.  The mechanic there noticed right away and he found the leak, patched it and filled it back up with air in 5 min flat!  And for only $20!  That's the kinda service I like!  Thanks Rhino!
