Story

Newly owned Rio Grande Grill is reopening with the same flavors you love with a new twist. Chef Stefania Trimboli-Wright wants to stay true to previous owner Ben Rushing's flavors and concepts but introduce new, exciting tastes and combinations. We're looking forward to serving you in this new year!

First timer at Rio Grande Grill.
Colorful outside sign caught my attention.
Excellent service and wonderful staff!
Inviting atmosphere!
I had the breakfast brisket taco, ordered 
"MY" way.
My waitress, Alex was very assertive, polite, and greeted me with a smile.
Ralph made an impressive and freshly grinded cup of coffee!
Alex Wright, the owner, was amiable, hospitable, and made sure I left 😌 satisfied.
I WILL definitely come back!
Looking forward to trying their Friday
fish and shrimp.

Food is off the chainnn!!! Very busy during lunch hours but the wait was well worth it. I enjoyed my brisket burger. Loved how owner interacts with his customers and above all very easy going. Highly recommend this place

The Best BBQ EVER! Also, try some craft beers there. Friendly servers and owners. Nothing but a good atmosphere. They have live music too! What more can one ask for??

A little pricey, but great BBQ. Brisket is great. The sauce on the enchiladas suizas was maybe the best I've tasted. Tea and lemonade are all great also. Awesome atmosphere and sometimes some really cool, chill live music.

Brisket sandwich was outstanding! Bun was toasted!! Potato salad is chunky red potatoes mayo based delicious! Peach cobbler was awesome not doughey as some can be. Interior is fun; there was a guy on guitar singing. This place is an absolute MUST!
