Located on North Miami Rio's Pet Boarding & Spa store has emerged as Aventura's premiere pet care spa and store. Rio's Pet Spa and store has a sensitive, even "picky" clientele in Aventura that is well-served by an experienced and enthusiastic staff.
Is your Groomer, Boarder, or Pet Sitter spending enough time with your dog or cat? Too many times we have heard stories about the trust pet owners place in these individuals only to find they keep the pet locked in a cage or small kennel run all day. Similarly, all too often groomers "speed-groom" pet-after-pet, not giving them the care and attention they need and deserve.

Best spot in town!!! I have been taking my dogs to Rio's for years and super recommend. They really do an awesome job and take great care of our four legged babies. Place is clean and I love that fact you can see your pets interacting with each other. Prompt service and I would never take my girls anywhere else!!!

We left our dog Nina for boarding and she had a lot of fun!! Patricia was very sweet and available for us to call and ask for news, posted pictures and videos on their Instagram page for us to see her! And the last day she did grooming there and when I got her back she had never smelled and looked so clean ever!!! Amazing service!!! AND they pick up and deliver!!!!! Bravo to Rio’s pet spa!!!!!!!

Best hotel place in town! Don't worry about people saying it is not neat. It's very neat and the dogs are FREE and SAFE always with great care! Awesome facility and staff!

Is Patricia Bastos and I am the owner of Rio’s Pet Spa & Boarding... on the past mont I had 2 bad comments online and i will explain myself. We have been in business for 13 years now. It is hard to full fill people expectations in life. So, let talk real now. One comment that the guy didnt use his real name: dog was dropped of in the shop for more than one month... the guy wasnt making payments, the German Shep Mix still a puppy.. you can check on my Instagram small baby chocalte Sheper mix with Husky... she is al the pictures back in december.. dog had warms... was pooping blood Diahea, i called the owner, he doesnt have a car, i drove him and his dog to the vet down the street 125st.. i do everything for these people. Dog had no food, i am feeding the dog Persa out of my money. I am cleaning and give dog attention all the time without getting paid. After one month a a half without getting paid i called the owner and give them a Ultimate so they take control of situation... bill was $1800, owner said he sold everything he had , brought me $700 and i told him that i wouldnt let the dog go for that amount. I made a comment that i had someone interested on the dog and was willing to pay money for the puppy if they couldnt take care of the dog. A young couple 25 yrs old, get a dog, dont have a home... dont have enough money to
Board the dog, we here i. Rio’s do a lot the help, we let the dog go for $1100 and i still get a bad comment online 🐶🙏🙌talk bad , talk all about me. I know who I am. Because I am a bad cop on my business dealing with customers, it doesnt mean dogs are mistreated. Come and visit us.
