very nice facility, very friendly, can't comment on price I don't get dental work normally so I do not know what is "fair". Very friendly and professional staff. Front desk ladies are the nicest kind soul women I ever seen in a dentist office . A+ Customer service.

Risas has a great team that treats people with respect and also professional Dr. Olsen has been helping me with my braces I love how my smile is coming out and Hugo his assistant always enthusiastic and helpful.

The front desk clerks are not informed and have horrible customer service, they just give YOU the run around.  The office in Tempe is way better

THE BEST DENTAL OFFICE !!!! I was here about 1 week ago and I have to say I was very impressed the front office was super friendly and when I was taken to the back all the assistants had a smile on their face, Dr.Coleman explained everything I needed and assistant Maria gave me very clear information in regards to the cost and options I had. Overall I couldn't have made a better choice I'm getting my dental work done at a very affordable price, with professional staff that makes me feel comfortable! Looking forward for my next appointment. Definitely recommend this office to anyone who needs dental work. It was totally worth my time and drive.

I'm giving my experience today a 1.

I am late on my account but when I called Risas to confirm appointment the rep David I believe his name was told me yes sir come into the office will still can service your braces.  I didn't get a cancellation text or call. But I driver outta work in a rush to make it on time. I work in Avondale . I get to the office EVERYONES nice as usual I can't be negative on them. What pissed me off was the rep said we need a payment so your schedule for walk in on December 12. I then explained what David stated and she totally gave a weird expression and said ok so what time December 12.

She literally ignored what I said about David.

I drove far as heck, David said it was okay then I get told no and reschedule.

I'm not going to make it a huge deal cause a business is a business and the reps r only normal ppl working like all of us. But damn keep all reps on the same page with cancellations and yes and no's. Thanks again for the good work u all do aside from this upsetting one.
