I was surprised that I was able to set my appointment for the next day when I called. That made me wonder why.. I guess it's just slow around this time of year. They did an amazing job getting me in quickly even as a new patient. They did instant x-rays. The people were very nice. The doctor answered all my questions, she even let me hold a mirror and showed me what was going on. The assistant also gave me some good tips and recommended a good toothpaste.

This place is amazing this providers took care of my son! The front office and back office staff is amazing. The lobby is also very welcoming for children. I recommend this place. They help me figure the cost was covered due to trama. With my state insurance.

At first I was not impressed, one girl was rude when I called. 
But after going in and getting the correct info with them and insurance info straight. All had gone well. The staff is friendly and makes sure that you're comfortable. As for the last review, I would think the insurance companies would need xrays, before approving work to be done. If not, have them request copies before approving. I had to wait for authorization for my work. 
Now, as for my tooth, it was saved, the crown looks just like my original tooth and I no longer have the pain I've had for months.

I took my three year old here and we LOVED IT. The staff was super friendly, the lobby was kid oriented, and we were given a movie ticket and a toothbrush. 
I take oral care VERY SERIOUSLY at my house, brushing and flossing twice a day, so imagine my surprise when they told me my three year old have FIVE cavities. They told me it was likely from not brushing enough at the molars. I simply knew this wasn't true.
I took him for a second opinion, telling myself that if the second dentist said the same thing, I would actually return to Magic Smiles to get them fixed because it was so nice there...  

LOW AND BEHOLD the second dentist said he had NO CAVITIES WHATSOEVER.
This place is f****** creepy trying to drill into kid's mouths for what I assume is just insurance fraud. 

Yeah, it seems like a fantastic place. But behind the curtains is JUST MORE SHADE.
AVOID THIS PLACE.

I love Magic Smiles. I've been coming to this location for many years and my family and I always get cordial service. The staff is friendly and always willing to help and inform their patients. It has a great atmosphere for the kids. I'm always recommending this place to my family and friends.
