Great BBQ!!! Not spicy. Excellent BBQ sauce. Green beans are from a can, polluted with black pepper and chopped onions. They do put some ham pieces in them, but not enough to say "Oh, there's ham in there." A lot of fried sides as well. I have repeatedly asked for, through their website, review cards, and managers for sweet potatoes or sweet potato fries to no avail (employees have wanted it too).
Update 9/27/17 --> I called and was on the phone on hold for almost 15 minutes. What an arcadic phone system --> one line in, phone left on counter. My thought was I am 15 minutes away and it doesn't take long to make, so if I call in it will be ready by the time I got there. Instead, I had to wait for the bartender to place my order and then waited 10 minutes on an empty Tuesday evening. They do have the best BBQ around, IMO. The receptionist couldn't answer any questions about their merchandise and the few answers I got was from like pulling teeth.

Victor was my server. Super nice guy! I hadn't ever been here before, but he made my 1st experience amazing. He always checked on my table and made sure we had everything we needed. Definetly a hard worker right there. Food was good as well. I will certainly be coming back here.

My dad and I love coming to Riscky's and this location in particular. It has a great feel and the staff is great especially our last server Victor. He was attentive and personable. My dad is a tough critic and was very impressed with his service. We will be back to see him!

Friendly and helpful staff.

However, I just paid $10 for about $4 (if that) worth of food.  I got a burger with no bun and a side of mashed potatoes.  Aside from it being a thin patty with what looked like cheese that had been sitting under a heat lamp for an extended period of time, there was absolutely nothing to it, the order was wrong and they messed up the lady's order next to me waiting for her to-go as well.  There was only about 2 tables in there so they weren't all that busy.  

Honestly, I wish I could get my money back or at least some of it.  I wouldn't even equate it to a high school lunch.

I'm one of the reenactors down in the Stockyards and haven't had issues at those locations.  I'm very disappointed with my experience here today.  I would not recommend this location.

Service was not good....15 minutes just to get drinks after placing our order. Even longer for the food. Came to celebrate their Anniversary with the .90 cent chopped beef sandwiches.    Was told the max each person could get was 3. We wanted to take 2 to go but they charged us $5.99 each! HELL NO! ALL THE OTHER RISCKY'S ALLOW TAKE OUT...THIS ONE DOES NOT! WE WON'T BE BACK! THE FOOD WAS NOT THAT GOOD...BOILED RIBS WENT OUT MANY YEARS AGO!
