Staff is friendly and good atmosphere. Now the meat and potatoes of this is, it’s $7 for a 22oz draft beer (really!!!) then the prime rib is over 1/3 fat for a slim cut for $17 then don’t forget it’s almost $3 for a baked potato (I mean steak and potatoes don’t belong so let’s up charge for 20 cent vegetable). Overall very sad that this is a $30 plate dinner without tip. The prime is ok, tastes like a good smoked salmon but not the best or anything. Consider Outback or Roadhouse.

It was one of my fev places to have a family dinner at until the last 2 visits that disappointed me a bit. Staff is nice and accommodating, waiting is not too bad if you come before 5:30 and their strawberry lemonade is very good. I usually order 6 oz top sirloin steak, grilled shrimp with a side of sweet potato fries (I think it's called Surf and turf). The steak is usually made to perfection , but the last time it seemed a bit chewy and harder to cut. The last two times the shrimp was seasoned too much and all I could taste was pepper so that was quite disappointing specially for such a high price. I'll still give it another shot in the future for it's way better than local Outback restaurant or any other with this kind of food,but disappointment is making me a bit more cautious. With this meal you also get a soup or a salad side of which they both taste good. My fev dish at the restaurant is a dessert - their strawberry cheesecake. For some reason I like it even more than the same cheesecake at Cheesecake factory. If you never had it and you're also a cheesecake lover, I strongly recommend it. You won't be disappointed. I need to also warn you about crowds - again - it seems that people in this area love to have their dinner at about 6pm...so if you want to avoid waiting even up to 40min on weekends for your table, make sure you come before 5:30. Then you may be seated right away. We usually arrive at about 5-5:15pm and we are seated within 5min.

Made a trip to Saltgrass for dinner on 08/31/2017. Well, I felt really sick after I arrived home. I did call today 09/01/2017 to speak with the manager. After speaking to the manager, found out that Saltgrass uses the cheapest oil! Soybean. Soybean can cause awful issues to individuals. One would think that a company that can create great dishes would go the cheapest way out. Creating a horrid experience for customers that pay a high price for a meal. My meal alone was over 50.00. I would say greed gets in their way!

Birthday celebration for a friend was a disaster. Wait staff was slow and not attentive. Served our drinks and never checked on us again. While waiting for our meal to be served everyone who came in after us was served their meals. We had stopped our waiter at one point and asked for more bread..were informed he would get to it later when he could (never did bring it) and we waited and waited..meanwhile our drinks ran dry, we ate the ice and were discussing walking out when the manager came to the table to apologize "for the mix-up". We were informed they were working on our meals. When they finally came, at the one hour mark, they did not bring several sides that were ordered and it was obvious 2 of the meals were pretty much just thrown together. While my meal was perfect the others were not. We also had to ask the manager for more bread and drinks. When the waiter finally came to check on us he informed us that our order had been dropped on the floor (by the manager) and had to be redone. (We had heard a loud crash earlier) We were also asked by the waiter if we wanted dessert because it was on the manager. We originally said no, then after he kept asking , we agreed to take some home. He then stated he was just authorized to give ONE dessert, which we did get for the "Birthday girl. The compensation for this experience was a reduced bill. So very disappointed in this experience as this was our go-to place for special occasions.

Good service, bar offers lots of choices from basic to exceptional. The wine specials often surprise in a good way. Food is also consistently well prepared. Only reason 4 rather than 5 stars is the atmosphere. Seems rushed and quick even when the place is not crowded or busy. Not a knock to the service at this location, just a by-product of the targeted market.
