My Daughter went here for over a year, book keeping is done pencil.  Instructor would cancel over and over again.  Then I would be charged for his cancellations, since I was on autopay.  Was promised credits, but month after month was never credited.  Finally I complained about this issue and was told to go elsewhere.  Horrible customer service and rips off it's students.  Go elsewhere!!! !

Teachers are flaky and customer service is horrible.  They charge you for lessons you did not take and since they do not keep track of anything electronically their is no record keeping.  So they continually bill you.   Very SHADY Place.  Would never recommend.  Stay clear.  They will ROB YOU!!!

A great music center with wonderful sales, service and education. These folks live, eat and breathe music. My whole family has been using their services for decades. Thank you Jim and company for improving the quality of our lives .

Professional individuals who are happy to help with their expertise, with an atmosphere comfortable for either the passing enthusiast or the serious musician. Their lutier John is amazingly skilled and makes beautiful looking and sounding instruments.
