Been here three times and every time they stated they “never received my prescription” and then accused me of not sending it to them. Because the patient knows how to do that?  Rude pharmaceutical staff. Drive the extra 2 minutes west to the CVS. Well worth the drive

Very desapoint of this place they never have change of $100 bill plus they had ugly attitude to me saying  so nasty "they don't have change riagth now "well is not my problem you should have enough money for customer  thecnicaly refuse to give me my change back!!

The last 5 times I went to this rite aid for a prescription , they didn’t have it. Terrible service. DO NOT use this rite aid.

Refused to order the medication I needed. All though the rite aid down the street had no problem doing it. Actually all the Rite Aids I called had no problem ordering it except this one. every time I go this one they always have some kind of remark about my doctor and the medication I take. How would you like to be judged on a medication you take? That's exactly what happend here. The lady treated me like a dirt bag when I am a hard working professional. If you want to go to a 5 star rite aid go to the one on Fischer

I've had a few decent experiences with this Pharmacy (hence the 2 star rating, would have preferred to rate them 2 & 1/2, but that is not an option). Last week, I visited the Pharmacy & after giving them 90 minutes.....I went to pick up my prescriptions & was told it would be another hour (not happy, but I left & cAmerica back). Today, I wanted to avoid that so I called to a.)make sure they received it from the doctor's office & b.)to inquire how long before I am able to pick it up. I was told an hour. That was 11am, instead I went at 5pm......can you believe they were not ready? No call or anything and to make matters worse, they told me that they will not be ready until 3pm tomorrow.  3pm REALLY??? & not even a phone call (I know it is in their nature to call my home. They've done it in the past when they were having difficulty with my insurance because of a name/address change)  I am having a episode with Vertigo, so driving is slightly more difficult right now then normal. When I inquiried about the fact that no one called, she was dumbfounded & said maybe I can call another pharmacy? Really??? Now??? It would have been above & beyond if you did that prior to this line of questioning. Really disappointed. I now have to wait 28 hours before I can take the medicine to help me start to feel better & not so loopy. Yeah, Thanks Rite Aid!
