The staff and customer service here is some of the most awful I have EVER seen. Most of the cashiers will not talk to you while ringing you up, ask how you're doing and overall are just slow. It makes for such an awkward experience. There's always a huge line, no matter what time of day, due to only one cashier being on. I asked where an item was the other day, and one of the associates didn't even try to help me look or give me a good idea. All they said was "on that side of the store" and vaguely pointed. The pharmacy is a disaster too! I refilled a prescription that had to be ordered. It usually took a couple days to a week. I did so TWO WEEKS early. They lost my (extremely important) anti convulsyant medicine, saying they never ordered it. They eventually "found it" after I complained enough. 
There's another Rite Aid right up the road and a Walgreens close by. Avoid this place at all costs. You'll feel better. If anyone else higher up from the company sees this, you should probably do something about this store.

The customer service here is the most awful of all Rite Aid's. Taking my business to other locations or CVS. Rude staff incapable of handling their simple jobs.

Worst pharmacy ever. Staff has bad attitude as well. Getting my prescriptions from Walgrenns from now on!!!

My husband and I went in to the store to pick up a prescription.  My husband had to use the rest room but found there was no toilet paper.  Really!. I called and spoke to the. Store manager Travis who said he was supposed to do that earlier.  Really!!!
