Had a prescription called in from the Dr's office, I heard the nurse speaking to them while they were on the phone.  I go to pick up the prescription 1 hour 30 min later.  First they say they don't have a prescription, then they say it was just called in!  They lied to my face!   No apology and then not even a thank you!  Never again Rite Aid!

I switched to cvs across the street and couldn't be happier. This Rite Aid is atrocious, the staff is severely understaffed and to make matters worse the few members they have in the pharmacy are extremely deficient in customer service skills and training. The wait times are insane. On more than one occasion I was told my prescription was ready, drove 20 minutes to come pick up only to be told it hasn't even begun to be filled and they blamed it on the doctor. The doctor knew nothing about any discrepancy. Even when it is ready you're looking at about a 45 minute wait in line to pick it up. Some were rude when understandably some patron had become agitated. 

Long story short, please do yourself a favor and take your business across the street.

After today and giving this pharmacy more than enough chances. We are going elsewhere! Not once since December has our medications be ready at time of pick up! Once I called in a refill at noon, told to pick up at 3pm, went at 8pm and still wasn't ready, so I had to go back the next day. Today, called for a refill this morning, told it would be ready at 10, went to pick it up 2 hours later and it still wasn't ready! Pharmacist hides, tech's tiptoe around, everyone is rude and if in the drive-thru and your meds aren't ready, they will tell you to drive around the building and get back in line so they can rush to fill your meds that were to be ready hours ago! HORRIBLE!!!!!

This may be one of the worst pharmacies I have ever been to. 
About 3 months ago they violated HIPAA by giving my records to a third party that had no rights to them, the third party actually sent me the email they got from rite aid. They routinely tell you prescriptions will be ready at X time, you show up and they are not ready! The pharmacy department has the most unprofessional staff (several of the counter people are great) I have ever encountered. Find another pharmacy!!!

Worst pharmacy I have ever been to.  Not only did they say my prescription would be ready in 2 HOURS I came to pick it up 3 HOURS later and guess what?  I'm STILL WAITING FOR IT!!!!!!!  Pick another pharmacy. I promise you you will regret coming to this one......
