Whoever the girl was who was in the pharmacy right now, 1/14/18 4pm is the worst pharmacist I've ever had to deal with. She was very rude and unhelpful. Specific example: she asked me when I needed a prescription filled by tomorrow, because she couldn't do it today. I said I don't know, started asking another question, and she interrupted me with "can you just answer the question??". I clarified: "I don't know when my next cluster headache attack will come, WHICH IS WHY I'M TRYING TO GET IT FILLED TODAY". She said she doesn't work tomorrow, so I'm going to wait to get it filled specifically because I don't trust her to do it correctly.

The weekend pharmacy staff could benefit from a course on how to properly communicate with other human beings. I dealt specifically with a technician named Caitlyn and a pharmacist named Erin. The head pharmacist there, Jim, is absolutely wonderful and I hate that I have to write this review for his pharmacy. Over the weekend I dealt with extremely rude and incompetent staff. A myriad of instances occur over the course of 2 days that I don't even have the time to write about. The tech was rude when taking my insurance, claimed my son's rxs weren't sent there (they were there), bagged my meds and walked off without saying a word. I stood there for an awkward minute waiting on her to come back and ask if I had any questions or at least say bye. The pharmacist put in the wrong ID number for my insurance and told me I needed to call get a new card with the right number on it. I take her ignorant word for it and my insurance company told me she put the wrong number in. I get home and find that I'm missing a prescription. Which this is not their fault because they are not a compound pharmacy and my son's diaper rash cream required a mixture. But when I called to learn this information the pharmacist cops the biggest attitude and says, "I TOLD YOU YESTERDAY. It's a compound". I said ok, but I don't understand, why don't I have it? "because this is not a compound pharmacy and I don't have the tools to mix it", she says in a raised voice. Perhaps maybe she should have started with that. When I picked the meds up I do remember someone mumbling something about that, but I didn't understand what they were saying and they never came back to the counter to let me ask questions. I didn't know at that point the paste wasn't in the bag or I would have hollered for one of them to come over and explain why. I called because I honestly do not recall what the person at the counter was saying to me. I also wanted to ask where I could get the rx mixed at, but Erin hung up on me. Dealing with all of this causes me to file a complaint online. I receive an automated email telling me that I would receive a phone call within 24-48 hours. 4 days go by and I end up calling them myself and the rep I speak with escalates my complaint. A few hours later a gentleman named Adam calls back. He briefly listens to my concerns and tells me that "Erin the pharmacist, bends over backwards for her customers". I am in literal shock. So essentially, filing a complaint did absolutely no good. The staff will just remain incompetent, rude, and without my business.

No drive thru and pharmaceutical crew is lazy esp. The females... They are not nice and always uncooperative. All they care about is easy money for pushing pills. I can't stand lazy people.
