My prescription is for 30 days. I dropped off my scripts on Saturday, they were due to be refilled today. I called to make sure they would be ready for me to pick up this afternoon, and was told I couldn't get them until tomorrow b/c I got the filled on 11/1.
I told the girl, no the date on the bottle clearly states 10/30, and was told I could have done something to the date on the bottle, or changed the label, etc but they had to go with what was in they system.
NO, whoever entered the information fat-fingered the date, so now I have to go a day without my medication. Will be looking for a new pharmacy. This is not the first time I've had issues with Kroger Pharmacies.

TERRIBLE. The right hand never knows what the left hand is doing. If you ask the same question to three different pharmacy technicians you get three contradicting responses. I will NEVER use them again.

No complaints. Many people use this pharmacy so usually a wait but you can drop off and they will call. Courteous staff.

Had another great experience, the guy cashing us out was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed before we left! Great customer service!

Worst pharmacy I have ever used. Just sat in line for over half an hour because I literally was blocked in by a line of cars. No apologies, just excuses. I switched my recurring prescription because this has been the rule rather than the exception for the last 8 months.
