What a scam! Terrible customer service. Horrible. What an uncomfortable experience. I bought 3 "Boss Revolution Cards" for international calling, in three defferent days, but none of them worked. They didn't activated them. But what's more, I have been to the store 5 times to try solving the problem and they keep telling me to come the next day. This has made me so angry. I'm never buying again in this awful store, I recommend you don't go neither.

Very lovely staff members there, always happy and quick with cashier lines and friendly service. I go there everyday and never do I encounter a problem with anyone or anything in this Rite Aid.

Horrified. WARNING TO PARENTS: Security guard stopped my teenager before leaving this store for "possibly stealing". Claimed she came in with another friend. My daughter went inside the store alone to run an errand, they did not have the product that she was there for and less than 3 minutes later, she tried to leave before this terrible ordeal. Now as my wife and I are proud parents of a beautiful brown skin girl, this has broken my family's and especially my daughter's heart. She was sick to her stomach for days after this incident. For a store with many cameras, anti theft on many products and a paid security guard, this is absolutely unacceptable to just accuse a young girl like this with no real reason. To embarrass her in front of a line of people. She had $100 and a debit card in her pocket when this all went down. I know that this is Washington Heights, and there is a different vibe in the neighborhood but just so anyone who reads this, my wife and I have great jobs, my daughter have everything she wants and need. This is the kind of kid that you accused of stealing. That is why my daughter highly suspect her skin color and the fact that she decided to wear her hair natural that day played a role.  I wish for no other child to go through what my daughter went through, I wish for no parent to witness the devastating side affects that come when your child is accused for just "looking" like they stole something. No apology was made on behalf of the store or security guard. Please shop at this store responsibly and think twice before letting your son/daughter shop here.

I shop there every week and also take advantage of the sales. My family has had prescriptions filled for more than 10 years.  Customer service is very good and friendly.  Always a good experience.
