This whole store deserve zero stars. Poorly staffed, poorly stocked, and the staff that does work there are rude, unhelpful, and arrogant. They offer no solutions or answers to customers with questions. Can’t even let you know if they carry a certain prescription… This is why family-owned pharmacies are the way to go. Even CVS and Walgreen’s are more helpful than anyone working at this place. It’s an embarrassment. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment and go elsewhere.

Went to this rite aid today and had to put my items down and leave. I was simply sampling a fragrance mist and walked over to my sister to ask her opinion on the scent, then a worker came to the end of the aisle and yelled at me saying: “stop spraying perfume all up and down the isles”..that “I’m not gonna leave enough product for the customers” As if I was a child fooling around and wasn’t a customer myself?! I was planning to purchase the item, but when I responded and said “ma’am I was planning to buy these” she said “well you can’t spray that all up and down the aisles!” And walked away. I simply had to put my items down and leave. I work in customer service myself, and simply don’t understand how people can be so rude, as I would never treat a customer like this.

There is only one pharmacist in this store that is in the  right profession the male pharmacist all the others should not be working with the public. Nothing ever goes smooth, the pharmacist are rude to everyone regardless of age and so are the other girls when working with her. This woman is in a bad mood no mater the time of day and talks to her elder customers like she can't be bothered with them.   What a shame that  the most vulnerable can't find  empathy here.

This is the original location for all my Covid vaccines. The first two trips were pleasant with no issues, however, my third and final trip to get my booster was not a good experience. The pharmacist who was responsible for checking people in was extremely unprofessional. She was very rude to my husband, resorted to mocking him and was immediately argumentative with him because she "couldn't hear him." I'm sorry, when you can't hear somebody you can simply just say "I'm sorry, could you repeat what you said?" Instead she was condescending and rude. The final piece to this whole experience was her complaining about him and every other customer she interacted with while we waited for our booster. Again, extremely unprofessional behavior to display when my husband and I are still present waiting for our shot.  Being in the service/retail industry I completely understand we interact with all walks of life and our patience can run thin. But don't post a sign in the pharmacy section stating to "Be patient and thanks for the kindness" when your employees do not display any.

Another unfortunate experience with the rude pharmacy tech that others here have alluded to. I checked in for my booster and was almost immediately mocked and talked down to by this employee. When I called her out on her unprofessional behavior, she doubled down and tried to bully her way through the interaction. I would hope that all these reviews would go to management so something could be done but after watching her go and lie to other employees afterwards about what happened so that she could look good, it’s obvious they either don’t care or actually condone her behavior. Take your $ elsewhere

I have always had great experience at this Rite Aid from the front counter to the pharmacy. Al and Irena are always so on top of things and make sure to explain everything thoroughly and Rhonda is always so sweet! They are a busy place and maybe exercising some patience would be helpful.

The worst experience I’ve had in a while. Usually I don’t leave bad reviews and I think I’m a really patient person. I left a prescription for my dog who is in the hospital in critical care. They told me it would be an hour wait and they would text me. I waited over an hour and went back asking for an update. The woman was rude and told me she didn’t even start working on it yet. She told me I was supposed to wait for a call and was clearly annoyed. I asked for the prescription back and went to the CVS down the street. They were able to give me the medication in 15 minutes and treat me with great service and patience. Do not come here if you need anything at all you’re better off going to a dollar store.

The woman at the pharmacy who gave my covid vaccine was very cold and rude. I witnessed her being rude to customers even before I went in. I had some anxiety about my shot and she was very cold and instead of reassuring me about the vaccine it was instead "Are you doing this or not?" In a very harsh tone. I wish I went somewhere else because this was a big step for me and instead I was met with no compassion.  I also asked if we were good to go after our 15 minutes was up and she didn't even respond or look up. Scheduled my second dose somewhere else because I don't want this experience again.

Friendly, professional pharmacy staff. I’ve used this store for drive thru Covid testing for over a year. Recently, I picked up free at-home Covid test kits, made available thru Medicare.

Normally, this has been one of the more pleasant pharmacies that I have picked up prescriptions at. There is, however, a woman working at the pharmacy now who is EXTREMELY rude and has soured my experience here. I have experienced her a few times before and I am always taken aback by her horrendous customer service. She works the drive through and the phone frequently and is consistently unpleasant.
