I absolutely LOVE Rituals!  I first went a year and a half ago on a whim with my aunt.  I had never had a massage or facial before and was nervous about both.  I enjoyed my experience so much that I have been going back consistently ever since, and even during my second pregnancy for special maternity services.  I have had such a pleasant experience each time and it is worth the 30-minute drive each way because the staff really goes out of their way to make me feel special and important which is hard to come by these days!  I would love to give a special shout out to Natalie, Melodie, and Shyanne. All have provided excellent services!

I had a great experience at Rituals last week.  The mood is all geared to relaxation and pampering from the excellent service in booking and greeting, to the very relaxing relaxation room where you wait for your services (I could have stayed in there all day!), to the actual spa services.  I had a massage, facial and paraffin hand dip.  Each therapist was the perfect blend of friendly without being too chatty to spoil the effect of the quiet, relaxing mood.  The morning felt like a mini vacation and an experience I would definitely recommend!

I have been going to Rituals Spa for about two years now and in all that time only had one complaint. The pedicure was booked with someone I had not requested and I was unsatisfied. Much to their credit, they reached out to me afterwards and gave me a free pedicure which I was more than happy with!

The only complaint I would have is inconsistency of staff members availability which I am not sure is something they have any control over. I have been very fortunate in finding Melodie who has been amazing! It is hard enough as a man to get a pedicure since I initially felt out of place. Melodie, Bianca and the rest of the staff have always made me feel welcome and that my presence was appreciated. I will continue to go to Rituals Spa and would encourage others to enjoy their hospitality and professional services delivered in a warm, friendly atmosphere!

I had the pleasure of having a facial with Shyanne the week of Thanksgiving.  It was absolutely wonderful!  I have been a client of Rituals Spa for years and have had several treatments, including massages, facials, manicures and pedicures.  The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and I have been extremely happy with all my treatments which leave me feeling rejuvenated and relaxed.  The atmosphere of the Spa is warm, the facilities exceptionally clean, and the personal products available for use in the Spa or for purchase are great.  I also love the serenity of the relaxation room.  I have recommended Rituals to friends and family, in addition to purchasing gift certificates,  and will continue to do so.

A preview of what my experience would be took place  when the client emerging from the massage treatment room came floating out, humming to herself as she munched the healthy snacks and drank the lemon water provided in the " relaxation room" where I was seated.   My massage more than fulfilled my expectations: it was expert, soothing, and tremendously beneficial to the tight neck and frozen muscles in my back that were painful and limiting.  It was more than the therapist's 20 years of experience: it was the individualized, knowledgeable, sensitive and deft manner in which she persuaded knots in my neck to uncurl and let go.  I was so pleased I not only scheduled a second session for myself, but bought a gift massage for a friend similarly afflicted with ' writers block of the upper back'.   Thank you, Laura.     "Annie"
