I have been to most of the gyms in Saint Louis, Including Finneys MMA, Absolute Martial Arts and etc. I have to say that this is the best gym I have ever trained at and I am still training till this day even had a tournament and placed 2nd not to long ago. The instruction is top tier and everyone there is so nice and is welcome to any new comers with open arms. They treat you like family and not just someone to fill up their pockets and its proven in the instruction and the level of comfort between the members and the coaches. If you want to compete this is the gym for you or for your everyday average joe or joanne and if you need somewhere for your children to train this is the place as well and they are also affiliated with St.Louis Fitness Club so you are able to workout there 24 hours. By far the greatest I have ever experience in my 4-5 years of training
