I and my critters have been coming here for 15+ years. I have always been impressed by the courteous and thoughtful staff, thru the old days of 15 cats and dogs jammed in the teeny waiting area of the old hospital to the newer, roomier Riverbanks. The vets have always been thorough and honest, breaking down costs and necessity of treatments for my budget conscious needs and discussing all options. I have boarded there on several occasions with excellent results.They have loved me and blessed me while helping several family members across the Rainbow Bridge. Thanks for all you do.

Love the walk-in policy for spay and neuter programs. Very nice waiting room space and exam rooms. Sometimes the wait and amount of time I end up spending in the office for even very mundane things can be frustrating, but the staff have always been really great. When I had to put a house pet to sleep, they were wonderful.

So happy I was referred to Riverbank.. This was my first visit and what a great first impression!! I would recommend this place to anyone.. the drive from Winterville, NC was worth it!! Thanks so much for taking care of my dog!!

So far the 2 times i have been there ( new dog ) it has been very plesant and proffesional. Everytime i call i get personalized answers and they seem like they honnestly care. They have locked in my bussiness.

Everytime I go with my dobie I always receive the best care for my pup... Dr. Randall is a big help. Would recommend this to anyone.
