We took our cat Toby here for the first time after he was hit by a car. The front staff was so friendly from the moment we called and very accommodating in an emergency situation. The doctors were thorough in providing us information and options. We will be bringing all of our fur animals here now!

Dr Roussell and Megan were just great today! Kipp you have competition for favorite vet, Lol. Staff always great, friendly and helpful, ie, Jenn, Tina, (new people/names??) etc., Vets all very knowledgeable. Literally love you guys! Know my pets will always get the best care at Sylvan. Thank you!!!

HAPPY because they CARE ABOUT OUR fur babies!!! Dr. Rojas  is the BEST!! As well as Tina and Stephanie in admins and tech's they have been our vet' for many years when they were actually in their first location. I've had THEM care for my oets for the last 23 YRS and,I've had 9 pets and just added 2 MORE SINCE my 8 have passed on.  I've had to try other places but always get back to Sylvan !!

The staff here have always been patient and kind and sensitive.  Thats why I knew I could take our little maltipoo puppy when he got attacked by a pit bull.  Just yesterday this happened, and they took him in right away.  They answered all my questions (I was that annoying customer all day), phone calls, and even let us come in later in the same day for a second check up after his pain progressed. Thankfully they have several people on staff, so when other places are too busy, you know you can come here. Their prices are higher than most, Ill admit, but when it comes to top of the line care, you will get it :).  Love this place!
