Riverpoint Sports and Wellness Sucks. I pay for registration and my monthly plus they give me a GIFT CARD that I didn't use it coz I lost and I could find it and after few months I found it and went to Riverpoint Sports and Wellness at Coors, the management that Lady said I can't used the Gift Card coz it's more than 3 months now, and I explained to that Lady that I lost it and I just found the Gift Card but she told me inappropriate way. You guys don't go to the Riverpoint Sports and Wellness in Coors, their management SUCKS . It's better go other Fitness GYM. I will not go back there again in Sports and Wellness at 9190 Coors Blvd.

Facilities are great--no doubt. But I had an injury while at sports and wellness and couldn't continue using the membership. I had a doctor's note, and a confirmation from the general manager that I would not be charged for the months I didn't use the club. Fast forward to today: I get a creditor's notice for $234.32 on behalf of Sports and Wellness. Called to clarify. The GM who had resolved my case was no longer with the company, and the assistant GM refused to help me. "Nothing she could do." Well there's nothing I could do but to rate them a -5. So, great facility. But the club does not have your back. They reneged on a promise. And when you really need it...they "just can't help you."

General Managers never last at this location it is a revolving door. Always changing rules and policies by far the Most expensive gym in the whole city. The only bright spot of this location is Vergie best staff member and always accommodating to guests every needs. The new General Manager has very little respect for members of this gym and I bet he will not be at this location for more than a year just like all the past GM’s. Prices go up while treatment of customers go down.

This gym has great staff and awesome location! Love the indoor track and they have a great pool with a volleyball ball court and outdoor HIT training area. Not to mention an outdoor cafe that's so cheap and tasty! It's a great place to swim with kids and grab an inexpensive bite.

Snobby employees indeed. Its unfortunate that todays youth lack face to face interaction and good customer service. I only have used my membership at 2 of the Sports and Wellness in Abq. Del Norte location has amazing employees. The gave me incentives for signing up regarding my family member guests. Everytime I bring my son to Riverpoint which has only came with me twice. They give me a hard time. They don't honor my free pass and have to pay. It's frustrating that there is no transparency from location to location.
