Amplify Strength & Conditioning is an excellent class style gym where any body type can go to create personal gains. They have experienced, certified and knowledgeable trainers that customize classes to meet each individual's abilities, for 1:1 training and in group classes. I HIGHLY recommend this gym. And the best part - the first few classes are free so you have the chance to "try before you buy"!!

This is by far the best gym I have ever been a member of. The instructors are great, patient, helpful and really enthused to see their clients get stronger and more fit with each class. They offer a great menu of services from dietary planning to personal training in addition to the classes offered at lots of times throughout the day to accommodate many schedules of their clientele. I like the classes because they are smaller, therefore more attention can be given to the clients on form and technique. Classes are at our own pace as clients too.. so many levels of experience and fitness can be in one class together and no one ever feels like they don't fit in at this gym. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone whether they are an athlete or someone just getting started on a workout plan.

Love this place ! Great support and awesome workouts. Not what I thought it would be. It's all about strength and total body workouts.

I had a great time at Amplify. The classes started to expand, and that's when I was feeling indifferent about my form and technique. I noticed a lot of off-topic, inappropriate things being discussed for a weight lifting atmosphere. Ironically, I ended up injuring my back. I took a week off of classes, came back, notified my instructor, and there was not adequate attention given to me for my injury. I enjoyed learning about kettle bells here and the doors of opportunity it gave me. I did not enjoy the customer service, lack of professionalism that some of the instructors had toward their clientele, and my injury that could've been avoided had the instructors paid attention. I recommend attending the gym to learn the basics, but not to continue through with them.
