Coach Erin led my wife and I through our first workout this morning. She was wonderful: Energetic, thourough, attentive and knowledgeable. It was the best workout I never would have done by myself. I came in not knowing much about the place ( I thought I was coming to support my wife.), but left convinced that this is worth trying as a membership, and signed up for classes next week. (My wife and I both.) I am sore already, but the good kind. I have bursitis and tendinitis issues but neither was aggravated by this intense hour of exercise. I highly recommend this fitness experience.

FYI, DONT FORGET YOU NEED TO GIVE 30 days notice to cancel your membership. In addition you have to go there to sign there forms to cancel because even if you have your bank block it they continue to take the money out! Didn’t go for two months and finally had the time to go in, but wasn’t within the 30 days so I was again charged when they could have easily waived the fee: at over $100 a month that is a lot of money: the owner was there when I went in and all she could say was come in you will get great results, obviously not concerned about the financial implications for me. Poor customer service in my opinion...as far as the workouts go, they are intense and you really have to listen to your body.. trainers were excellent.

I am addicted to Orange Theory! I began my fitness journey in October and still Loving it! The coaches are the best, very encouraging and motivating. Try it! You'll love it!

OTF Westside is a fun and efficient workout to awesome music! If you like to track your progress and set goals....you’ll love this approach to better fitness. The trainers and staff are truly some of the best I’ve met. Highly recommend....HURRY summer is comming!
