I went to this establishment today because of the great reviews that was posted on the site and I live right off Dartmouth. When I arrived the young man that was working by himself was on the phone. I politely sat in the chair and waited for him to get finished with his call. At this point I had been there about 15 minutes this was like 5:00 pm. As I was waiting a young man came in and rudely stood at the counter. When the young man got off the phone he immediately asked the young man if he could help him. I looked around thinking this must be a joke or the guy works here. The young man that came in after me started talking about a quote someone gave him at that point I figured he didn't work there after all. I sat there thinking any minute the worker would acknowledge me. He didn't. They walked out of the shop and headed to the guys car. I walked to my car thinking WOW. As I was getting in my car he says "can I help you with something" really, really, as if I would spend my money there. Then he says he thought we were together , let me state this to the people that go off reviews like I do. I'm a African American female and the guy that got all the attention was Caucasian. My money is green or multi color and will spend anywhere, but not at this establishment. I would drive out of the way than be treated like I'm a nobody.

#Edit " something to add to the original one " : my review was a representation to what happened to me at this location and has nothing to do with any other location, Jason has been great with me and he honored his quote even though I could do it with less at a shop in Dearborn but I was looking for great work and When they treated me like that at Dearborn Heights, I was on my way to other place but you called me and I was like this guy gave me a quote and wanna my business and still committed to me but that does not change my experience at all at this location and how I was treated and I still encourage everyone to read the review below and learn from my experience. [ My experience and Review ] It is just simple in business, if you treat a new customer well and show compassion, he would be loyal to as he thinks you value him. The reason I chose those guys is the reviews + convenient location for me so It was late yesterday so I went to their website and emailed about a quote for a problem in my car so next day got an email with a quote so called confirmed and went to them and when I got there I said I called Jason about the headlight and they said yeah yeah give us the keys and we will take care of you. I sat down, waited and got back to me asking me about the parts and I told him I have it and I told him I wanna change both headlights and he said I thought you only want the bulb for the left one and I told him no I called and I emailed and I came based on that quote and I said Jason gave me that and he said " there is no Jason" and he denied knowing the guy and when he went outside to the other guy he said " Jason gave him a quote " and he will not do it and he was like I am not gonna do it you can go somewhere else!! It was one of the worst experience I have ever seen so far. This location is not recommend at all. They treated me so bad and even disrespectfully and I will never ever try to go to them at all.

My go to mechanics. They are honest, reliable, and reasonable. Brian and Lenny are extremely courteous and detailed. However they are usually very busy, so be prepared to wait. Brought my car in multiple times for different services. My first time was getting the timing belt and water pump replaced. I received a quote lower than the dealer, got a ride to work, and got my car back the next day. The next service was for struts and axles I was quoted a fair price and received my car back the same day. Overall highly recommending lower prices than dealers and superior service. A+

Called Brian on a recommendation from a friend, he quickly gave me a quote that beat the dealerships prices. Very friendly with quality work.

The employees were friendly enough, the ratings were high, and the shop was convenient. I went in for a routine fix of my exhaust. Not only did it last about a week. When I took it back, yes they fixed it for free, as they should have, but it still didn't work after about 2 weeks my exhaust was loud and smelly again. I took my car to another shop in town and it was cheaper and longer lasting. Just saying but I wasted my time going here since they couldn't even fix an easy flex pipe. not once, but twice. Pretty standard service. The new shop even said they did some wonky welding so it is easy to say I will not go back there for my exhaust problems. Oh and the first time I stopped it the front office reeked so horribly of cigarettes I could barely stand it. Word to the wise, there's a reason it's illegal in most states to smoke indoors.
