Horrible experience! Location advertises accepting Bosch credit card (signage on entry door as well as on menu of services posted on wall "Bosch Authorized"). After several conversations about service and payment method only to learn they do not accept, and my tires were not at the site, as promiaed. "Jesse" informed us he would take my car down the street for tire installation because he doesn't have the machine to service my tires, and, to top it off, I couldn't  go with my car to the site.   We spoke on the phone several times the day before - method of payment and service needs! Needless to say, my holiday travelling delayed by one day while my car sits at a honest, reputable "Bosch Authorized" shop.

My engine was making a loud noise so I took to get checked. I was very confused about going there because I heard its under new owner but I said its worth it  to give it a try  so I took my car to get it checked  Just a few hours later, Jessy gave me a call and explained the problem and what needed to be done. I waited a few days to make a decision on whether or not to fix my car. Decided to fix it, he told me what it would cost up front and it felt like an honest price to me. they are very professional.hard to find an honest mechanic, but this place is it! Great work .Excellent service Thanks  S&A Bazzi auto repair .

I'm thinking about making S&A my go to auto shop. 
I had my 1999 Audi a4 towed to their shop about a year ago after chasing gremlins tightening loosening scraping and sanding ground posts and etc trying to get it started . 
After having them pick up the car I got it back in close to perfect working order and drove it for a year trouble free until...   recently when the car wouldn't start intermittently .  I again called S&A to have it towed back to the shop without even remembering that THEY HAD JUST REPLACED MY STARTER A YEAR AGO since the car has been a get in and go..    picked the car up same day ...  67$. 
Taking a Lincoln LS for a wheel bearing and other suspension work soon.  Hoping to be just as pleased since it's very easy to find a mechanic but very hard to find YOUR MECHANIC.. A shame you can't just go to any shop anywhere and get the same level of respect and workmanship.     I have already recommended S&A to a cpl people I know.
