I went into this store on 1/7/2018 fully intending to purchase a new pair of running shoes. I had been looking for some time since Christmas to make it to the store to be fitted and find the perfect shoes. After 1.5 hours I walked out empty handed. They had 2 pairs of shoes in my size (11) and neither of the shoes matched what they had fitted me for on their high tech computerized machine. When I asked if I could order the correct shoes and have them sent to my house, they fumbled around for 10 more minutes and told me that it couldn't be done. My advise, if you are a shoe store, and want to sell shoes, you might want to supply shoes.

I've bought all my running shoes here for years. I typically buy the same shoes but if you find you don't like what you've bought you can return them within 90 days...even after they've been used. Its so great to see a company stand by what they sell! Many times I order online but store visits are great to see/feel the new models! Prices are great with the VIP discount.
