Our family has been coming to this shop for many years and we would never go elsewhere! The customer service is beyond excellent and the guys, especially Jon and Aaron, are always gracious and kind. If you're looking for a shop that goes above and beyond with friendly and trustworthy employees, this is the place to go!!

I've had several significant repairs to my 97 Civic at Big O Tires at 120th and Washington.  Jon Val and Aaron Adams make this shop great, because they care about their customers and go the extra mile.  Once they even rescued me on my wedding anniversary.  I hope whoever reads these reviews from Big O Tires can recognize them.

This is my favorite Big O Tires and trusted mechanic! The customer service is beyond excellent and the guys always are gracious and kind. If you're looking for a tire shop and oil change place you can trust, this is the place! Love the integrity of this shop and the ownership and management!

In a pinch they were able to get me an uncommon tire the same day. No one else had it but their warehouse had (1) only one.

Now i dont have to worry about a blowout

I had called and got told an hour for wait time for my car to be looked at. When I got there the man told me I could leave it, I told him the situation and the manager quickly got it figured out. They ended up getting it in and looked at just like they said. They were very honest and helped put some light into the bad situation. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Great customer service and workers! John is great help and took a lot of time out of the end of his day to help me! Thank you!
