This place clearly doesn't prioritize customer service or loyalty and isn't the least apologetic about causing inconvenience to their customers or not keeping their word.

I asked for a weekly discount on the wrong day of the week because I'd be really really busy on the appointed discount day.  The employee refused and told me I'd just have to come back on Wednesday.  

Despite being really busy I managed to fit in a trip to the store only to find the new cashier confused.  She called the manager who told me it wasn't happening this week.  I explained I had come just for that discount and his employee had told me it would be happening today.

The manager wouldn't give me the discount, but worst of all he was incredibly rude and didn't even apologize for the inconvenience (and even questioned why I'd ask for the discount earlier in the week, despite the fact that I had gone out of my way to return on the "right" day).  

Terrible business practice to lose a loyal and spending customer over being complete jerks about a couple bucks discount on socks, especially when you're in the wrong!
