The people who work for or contract with Bekins gave me a great deal on my long haul move from PA to Florida. They gave me a dedicated truck. The moving load in crew in PA was awesome. It amazed me how they managed to get all my stuff on that truck and still have room. Very friendly, courteous and professional. The truck arrived at my house in Florida just as scheduled. The Florida load out crew was great. Everything was promptly unloaded and moved in to the house. Items that were disassembled in PA were reassembled. No issues at all. The driver Dennis who coordinated the entire move from end to end and drove the truck from PA to FL was very conscientious, efficient, friendly and professional. I would recommend them for a local or long distance move.

The company and men that moved us were wonderful to deal. The gentleman I dealt with on the phone for scheduling was very responsive to my questions and handled everything very quickly. The three men that did the moving work were fantastic. They were very professional, arrived right on time and handled my belongings with care. I had a lot of very fragile items that they took special care with and made sure they were delivered and placed perfectly. They were also very accommodating to setting up the furniture and had to carry many large, very heavy pieces. I'm very glad I went with this company and would recommend them anytime.

My experience with Bekins was great, had an appointment for Friday but got a call on Tuesday saying Wednesday was available so that was a plus. When the guys arrived to unload my household goods they were professional and efficient and got the items packed away nicely in our storage unit within a couple hours. I would gladly do service with them in the future if needed.

Benkins forgot half of my items in my place that had to be moved. Seemed in big hurry to get in and out. For example they took top of my toolbox but left the bottom half. When I called company they said they would rectify it or give me a discount. I'm still waiting. They were awful. DO NOT USE BENKINS. BIGGEST RIPOFF! THEY SUCK!

The gentlemen that helped me move were professional and treated all my belongings like their own. They were efficient and quite fast. My moving experience couldn't have been any better.
