 With an excellent staff who truly want you to look fabulous, high end service in a beautiful setting, you can enjoy a full day of beauty and pampering. A full service salon with stylists who are constantly continuing their education to stay on trend and have worked in movies and media; a nail salon where you are pampered while receiving  regular or gel polish manicures and pedicures; highly trained estheticians who offer anti-aging and other customized facials and waxing; and a wonderful massage therapist with truly healing hands. And lets talk about the view! Overlooking the Mystic River and the Mystic Seaport, you never know what beauty you'll see from the windows of the best salon and spa in Mystic. Gift certificates are available as well.  You will want to call for an appointment, as they are very busy. Booking is easy, call or book online through their website. No matter who you see, you will leave happy.

The salon is meticulously cared for inside and out. It is located along the scenic Mystic rivers, with views of the Bascule Bridge, Mystic Seaport, and historic houses. The looks are not the only thing this salon and spa has to offer. The staff is attentive, knowledgeable and experienced. Most stylists and estheticians seem to have been at the salon for over ten years. This shows in the care they put into the work. I couldn't praise them enough.

I love this salon, I have been a client for many years and have always had great service. Rob runs a tight ship and it shows. The salon is beautiful inside and out and shows the attention to detail shown in everything they do. Yes, it is more expensive then other salons, but you get what you pay for. The location is right on the mystic river with incredible views from the spa down stairs and the salon upstairs. The salon is clean and beautifully styled in a mission style of woodwork and paintings by local artists. Lots of style points. 

The stylist all take classes to continue their training and do an incredible job. If your looking for a chop shop and strip mall prices, No, this is not the place for you. If you appreciate quality and service, I would recommend Robs. I also recommend the spa downstairs, Ask for Danielle for skin services and Rebecca for Massage. Upstairs, I get my hair cut by Deanna. 

Disclaimer: I am an actual customer and felt the need to offset the negative reviews. Seems people only give a review to put out a public gripe...Rob's does phenomenal work and is worth the price.
