This was the most ridiculous place I've ever stayed! I made a reservation, only to be told that my room wasn't available upon arrival. The curtain was down in my room. I had to take the light bulb out of one lamp to put in another lamp, because there wasn't any in the other lamp. There was a blunt under the couch cushion. There wasn't an iron in the room. The TV wasn't working! Also, the Wifi wasn't working either!!! Terrible place!!! Customer service people at the front desk was rude and ghetto acting, cussing and being loud.

If I could give it 1 star I would!!! I checked in with family and were put on two separate floors. I asked to be put on the same floor as my family and the gentleman told me he couldn't accommodate that for me. However, my husband talked to him after that and he switched our room. The issue started when I was double charged the next morning. I woke up to an additional charge on top of the reservation fee... the guy never fully switch our room so the hotel thought I checked in for one night into the new room. They gave me hell when I brought it to their attention and that I needed to be reimbursed. We also got checked out of our room without notice with our belongings still remaining in our room. The morning we checked out, we got back from breakfast and found two bed bugs!!!! Not a happy camper at this point. We checked out immediately!!!! I went to talk to front desk and she told me that I'm situations like that, that I would probably get refunded my entire stay!!! NOPE!! They told me it's nothing they can do about that!!! Horrible!!! Still to this day they have been screwing up my checking account with taking unathorized money putting my balance at an extremely low balance; I'm talking $0.90!!! They refunded my over charge and took it right back!!! Why? I don't know!!! I do not recommend this hotel to not a soul not even a homeless person looking for a quick night of sleep!!! Poor choice of hotel! They need to exterminate and hire new staff!! My experience was horrible from check in to check out!!!

Avoid this motel unless you are seeking an old, out-of-date, dirty motel with rude staff. Our room featured 1950s furniture that was in poor condition, dirty carpeting, poor snowy TV reception, burn holes, no hairdryer and more. In the morning we were greeted by a shower that we could not turn on even with extraordinary effort. We did not eat breakfast; at 8:30 am the only occupants of the very dim breakfast area were 4 lounging motel staff members. We doubted the safety of the breakfast items after seeing the condition of our room and the public areas. We stayed primarily because the room was prepaid because of the airport parking arrangement with Park Sleep Fly. When a refund was requested due to the nonfunctional shower, I was greeted with rudeness of the staff and the absent front desk manager took 72 hours to return my call. She would not refund our charges because the maintenance man could turn on the shower after we checked out. Avoid this motel. .

Staff a little gruff. Room was clean and tidy. Great breakfast.used to be free parking but now they charge. Good shuttle service to the airport.

I loved the bed. It was very comfortable. The bathroom was a little small but clean. It was quiet and relaxing. The night desk lady was very nice if I needed something.
