Dr. Roberts has a very professional staff. Everyone is always kind.I'm a fairly new comer. In the past I have had horrible dental experiences from multiple dental offices. I will say, my experience with this practice was nothing but stellar. From me walking in the front door, until I was seen by Dr. Roberts. One employee ,who really stood out to me was Misty. She went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied and happy  with the dental work I had performed, my last visit. Although it was on a late Saturday afternoon, most of the staff who was working that day had already  left.However I had some concerns with my dental work. Not only did she correct them,she assured me that my  results  would be what I was expecting. And they were.  Misty you  Rock!!!!!

I have had the best experience I have ever had in 20yrs. The staff was very friendly and polite. They fixed my mouth for me and the service was excellent. Great place to visit. If you have Any kind of dental problem go to  Mr. Roberts and his staff and they will fix you right up, you'll never visit another dentist again. I HIGHLY recommend!

On 10/14 I came into the office with my son who had an appointment. We spoke with a lady named Tony in regards to his insurance and a previous bill that we thought was satisfied. She said that his insurance wasn’t effective and he would have to pay out of pocket. In the past we have had the same issue and LaTonya always went out of her way to contact the insurance company to get things straightened out. Tony had the worst attitude, she would not look at us while I tried to explain things to her. All she did was rolled her eyes and sucked her teeth. Her attitude was deplorable and definitely casts a dark cloud over this office. We drive a hour away to come to this office not to mention this office is out of network but due to our excellent previous experiences we continued to come to this office. Not after today. This woman has lost 2 patients for this office. With her interacting with patients daily, with this poor attitude, it’s only a matter of time before more patients are lost. I really enjoyed the staff but after today, we will not be back.

Dr. Roberts and the staff  was not  only professional and caring but funny as well. They explained everything to me from insurance to the procedure in a way that i could clearly understand it. Felt like family. I honestly prepared for the worse and though i had TWO root canals done, it was quick and painless! Im definitely recommending them. Office was full of beautiful dental assistance whom worked well as a team. Dr. Roberts called and checked on me later that same day and Ms. Tonya called the following morning.

My first and second experience was Awesome. I have been putting going to the dentist off for years . I could  not have chosen a better place to Face my Biggest Fear. Dr.Robert's is Great and very welcoming and explains to you what he is recommending and answer your questions without being in a hurry. His whole team especially Sabrina and Ashley they both made me feel like I made the toughest decision easy by trusting Roberts Dental. Thanks you are Appreciated!!
