As a person that banks here I can honestly say that I am always satisfied with my visits, the staff has very good customer service skills and are quick to get customers in and out of the bank.

Where do I begin? I suppose I should have better things to say seeing as I've banked with them for half my life. But they're dedication to customers suffered after being bought out. That aside I have a mortgage through them. On multiple occasions I have received my billing statement post marked 1-3 days before it is due. When the statement inside is dated 14-17 of the month. What's the reasoning for that? Honestly the one that broke the camels back is if you attempt to pay your mortgage over the phone they charge you a $3 convience fee. No I also bank with an outside institution that being said when I attempt to pay it in person they deny service yet I can call their call center and be charged the $3 and it's ok. Thirdly it's the smug attitude of Angela at the chanilly branch. So thank you and I will continue my patronage for the duration. But I hope this serves as an enlightening experience for yourself.

Hands down the worst experience at a bank. Simply because people dont listen. I told the teller to put my deposit into my savings...he puts it in my checking. I guess I'll transfer it myself. Not only that i asked about setting an automatic transfer from my checking to my Roth IRA he told me I have to talk to the lady at the desk. Which I did...come to find out 30mins later they cant do automatic transfers because you have to sign for it and she throught I said "savings"...which isnt what I was told when I opened the Roth IRA.

When you are TRYING to do the right thing, and payoff a repo. And the only offer Rfcu gives is 2500 a month over 4 months, I counter with 1250 over 8 months, and they make a business decision to say no to that??? What kind of business decision is that? They'd rather get 0 rather than balance due. That's using your brain. And the attitude of which they have towards you as a person.....as if they are perfect and never had life happen to them. Nose was so far up in the air they'd drown if it sprinkled. So instead of taking steps to make things right instead of BK or ignoring all together, and get this paid off and bring score back to 700's, they basically tell you to get bent. And then act as if they are the only lenders out there. They have NO forgiveness in them. They say "you'll never be able to get a loan with us agian. LMAO 😂😂😂😂😂😳 as if I'd ever want to do business with them again! I choose to do business with a bank who doesn't believe it's good practice to lose money. Way to invest that money 👍🏼 No thank you! Maybe one day they will get people in there that are more intellectual when it comes to money practices. My reason for never doing business there again has nothing to do with having a loan go bad, it's the lack of trust in the decisions they make with everyone's money. She said she'd rather charge it off rather than have a game plan to pay the loan and not lose money. But hey what do I know, I'm just a human being. And I deal with the public daily in my job. If I operated with zero forgiveness and no understanding in peoples circumstances, I would have zero clients. And zero repeat/referral business to continue future growth. This is referred to as cutting your nose off despite your face. I pray my children never attend the schools these folks went to. SMH..... So as it is, i will find another way to handle this and restore my ex's credit score that these people have NO regard for. Thanks Rfcu for being so human.....

This bank is the bomb. BEST employee service, and they are very nice. They even offered me a complimentary sucker! It doesn't get much better then that. All these haters don't know a thing about this bank they're just talking for attention.
