This place is so inconsiderate and unprofessional. I had to drop off a deposit on a Saturday. I got there at 12:45 in the commercial lane (15min before they close.) There were two cars ahead of me when I got there. Unfortunately Wells Fargo took FOREVER with the car right in front of me. I waited in line for 25min and they refused to take my deposit because it was after 1pm. I was there well before they closed, and sat in line for 25 minutes. I even told the lady at the window that I had been here since 12:45 and she told me it didn't matter. So if I'd been inside, and had the same situation, would you still have refused to see me? I'm so disappointed in the service I got today.

Slow, i have made deposites and the teller would lose or not apply check deposites.  Unable to do simple math

I receive a monthly direct deposit from social security. I went into the branch to withdraw some money and I was told by the teller manager that I could not withdraw my money until it posted to my account even though it says my funds are available. Do not, under any circumstances use this bank.

Big improvement on the service and getting through the merchant lane. You guys finally have some sense of urgency...thank you!  Still incredibly long on Saturday's...ugh! Jusy won't bother coming that day. 
Also...how about tell the jerk cop to move his car out of the way of the Merchant Lane while he parks illegally every morning next to the sidewalk.  I have his tag on my dash cam recorded,sending it straight to the Chief. 
I will also post my dash cam video on Facebook and Youtube so everyone can see how important you are,Cop! I've got you,and your tag on camera....say cheese! Keep parking where you park,jerk....it will be recorded and reported every morning as I make my bank run.
