They couldn't cash large check that was drawn out of their bank. Unprofessional customer service. Pressuring into starting account with them.

Bank of America lost my future business over $4.00(UPS Notary fee). I am an account holder through a car loan with BoA. My wife isn't included on the loan paperwork. They were more than willing to sign a paper I needed notarized with no issues but they were unwilling to notarize a document my wife needed because she isn't an account holder. Would have been just as easy for them to do hers as well. If it sounds petty, I agree. Regardless, I'll steer my business elsewhere. Too many options out there!

This bank has the worst lines ever. There is never enough staff. It's old. If you can go to any other BOA go to it!!!!!!! They're Horrible

Epically incovenient hours and service guarantee constantly long lines. Short Hours and closed drive through on weekend result in cramming all their customers into limited times they can bank.
