If I could give zero stars I would. Ignored customers the entire time we were in the store and tried charging for alterations that should have been free. I'll go back if only to try on a big pile of clothes and leave them on the floor. Enjoy the work you lazy noobs.

After having been a loyal client of Rochester Big & Tall for over 10 years, I can tell you I will never set foot in one of their stores again. Today, I purchased a pair of lien pants for $128 which needed minor alterations. In addition, I asked them to make a small alteration to a sports coat I brought into the store. When I got the bill they charged me a total of $90  ( 70% of the price of the pants) for the alterations, TOTAL BS !!!! Enjoy the $90 you screwed me out of  I will never set foot in one of your stores again. Your guys are f-ing idiots, I've spent tens of thousands of dollars with your company and now since being acquired by a BS equity firm this is how you expect to make money. Congrad's on one of the dumbest retail strategies I have ever encountered. So much for customer satisfaction satisfaction.
