This is the best of both environments - mossy big pine forest and stream, just a short walk to a beautiful Oregon coast beach. This summer's hosts were so helpful and did a great job of keeping the pit toilet clean. There is water in two sections of this small campground, but only one toilet. Most sites are very private, but the front site #2 is very exposed. Very quiet base camp within convenient drives to look lovely locations along the coast. The only downside was that the front sites were very windy all 4 days we were there. Evenso, we plan to return to this great location and quiet, secluded campground.

We were lucky to reserve one night during peak season and weren't disappointed in this lovely small campground, our spot was next to the creek and we sure wished we could stay longer. Avoid the first two spots if you can. Wood was available and there was one toilet. It's a gem.

Open summer for camping on Oregon coast. Small. Quiet. On a creek that enters the ocean. Shady. Great beach.
