I had had good experiences at this store in the past, but one lousy experience ruined this establishment for me and my wife. I am not writing this negative review because of the potential service issue that caused my wife to complain, but rather for the response she received when she tried to voice her concerns to the management.

This was not my conversation, so I will not go into the particulars of who was right or wrong, but I will say that a simple apology would have kept our business at your store. This is the type of business that would rather be right about a minor issue than retain the business of two local customers.

I urge you to take your business to one of the other bike shops in the area. You will find friendlier people and a better selection of products.

they have great rides thought the week the best is on Thursday at 6pm. They have a big selection of giant and salsa bikes. the service is higher priced currently 60 dollars am hour.

They just want your money, providing friendly, caring, and reliable service is not their priority.

Best customer service ever. The owner was extremely nice and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond while servicing my bike. All repairs were performed quickly and for a very reasonable cost. Would not hesitate to buy a bike from this place. THANK YOU!

These guys bailed us out. We came to beautiful Grand Haven for recreation and our daughter popped her rear tire. These guys not only fixed it for a good price they also adjusted her handlebars and did the extra stuff to make us feel important and well taken care of.
