*HIGHLY RECOMMEND* This is hands down miracle city at this place!! I've struggled with acid reflux since age 10 and currently being 22 I finally seen a specialist to further investigate the situation and I tell you.. They've cured me! After 12 long years and about one million Tums later, I am currently going on my first week with absolutely NO pain or acid reflux thanks to the medication prescribed. It was a very simple treatment that took about an hour to complete, and it was done by one of the best doctors they have to offer, Dr. Rosen. Very caring of one's situation and kept me calm and relaxed throughout. What a relief! I could not thank him and the nursing staff enough! Thank you so much to the very experienced medical team here for all their time and attentiveness, to make sure I had the best experience possible. I'm looking forward to my follow up in a couple months!

There is no selection for zero stars or this business would have received it. If you want to be treated poorly, this is the place. My first encounter with them resulted in me arriving 30 minutes early as they instructed to wait a further 1 hour for a total wait time of 1.5 hrs to see Dr. Deguide. My next visit was supposed to be for my procedure, where Deguide apparently over booked himself again, so they send some other random doctor to do my procedure. They failed to give me enough "twilight" medication and I was literally vomiting as they were doing my endoscopy. I was then told I had to come back to repeat the procedure sedated. Again, deguide doesn't show up and I have yet another doctor. I now have to schedule follow up where Deguide is booked out over two months! I book the appointment, the scheduling person tells me my appointment is for 8:30 but "try" to show up 30 minutes early. Why? So I can wait 1.5 hours again? I chose to show up on time... I got stuck in morning traffic and was exactly 3 minutes late. This arrogant prick that has screwed me over three times already refused to see me. They wanted me to reschedule and his next opening is TWO MONTHS out. This place is money hungry and these doctors are booked every minute of the day. I'm sorry, I'm also a professional and my time is every bit as valuable as this ass who just made me waste 2 hours of my day for being 3 minutes late. I will be finding a new place and you should do the same.
