Immediately felt welcome when I went to their shop. I was greeted by Jordan. I explained what I wanted he said they can easily handle it and gave me a quote right then and there that was very acceptable for what I had asked for. The tracking system via email was great and received updates I needed. Once notified of its speedy repair, I received the laptop back from Stephen. He was a pleasure to deal with as well and my machine is running better now than it was when I bought it new! Great shop, I will be a repeat customer and would go nowhere else for my repair needs. A+++ rating for these guys and gals.

I sent my Kindle to them through the mail and was a bit apprehensive about doing that.  However, their email communication with me was immediate and thorough.  I received updates on the repairs and had my Kindle returned through the mail in less than two weeks.  Excellent customer service and communication!  I will definitely use RockIt Repairs in the future as needed.

Veteran owned and operated.  The service is great and the prices are very fair.  These guys know what they are doing and they deserve our business or at least a visit to see what they have and a "thanks for your service."

They are technically competent, and their repair was fine. However, dealing with them was a goat rodeo. It took a great deal longer than I was told that it would, about a month total. Then they said they were going to ship it out the day that I paid for the repair over the phone, but never actually shipped it until I inquired almost a week later. They sent me my phone with somebody else's bill enclosed in the package. They did not appear to apply the Facebook-advertised discount, but without a copy of the bill, perhaps I am mistaken on this one. They are probably nice folks, but they need someone with some organizational skills to run the place!

Thanks to Stephen, computer tech, for quickly assisting with an upgrade issue, providing future instruction/guidance then sending us on our way!
A very positive outcome as we were prepared to be w/o our laptop for a bit!
