The only way I can describe these guys is AWESOME!!  They diagnosed my overheating laptop by telling me that my fan did not need to be replaced.  It just needed to be cleaned.  Then they did not want any money for that service.  Also, they are smart because they understand the meaning of customer service.  Xavier, greeted me with a smile and was pleasant the entire time he checked me in.  Another young man - sorry I didn't get his name - brought my laptop out from the back - and smiled at me.  I'm glad this business understands the extreme importance of customer service and how it determines future business.  I have told other people about them and I will be back.  Keep up the GREAT WORK guys!!

Five star service.

Trust these guys with your repair. I work with tech and cyber security, and I was in a pinch on a Sunday for an immediate repair. Normally, I would not visit a tech-repair place (would do the work myself), but this experience changed that. These guys were knowledge and eager to help. No pressure to pay for repairs that weren't needed, and I felt comfortable that I was dealing with honest people.

I would trust sending my grandmother to this store.

I read the reviews and had a difficult time believing all the positive statements I read.  I am now a believer!  I spent 2-hours with the manufacturer's tech support and basically wasted my time and almost lost all my files.  I got off the phone and called these folks and 24-hours later I'm posting this review on the same computer I was told to replace (and buy our new super duper faster than light over-priced system).  The price was extremely reasonable (appr. 7% of what a new system would have cost).  BTW, I dropped my system off on Saturday and picked it up on Sunday!  Can you believe it?  Thanks fellas, as the young folks say, "You guys rock!"

This is my go to place if I have an issue with one of my electronics. Everyone who works here is always so nice and willing to explain  exactly what they are going to do. I would definitely recommend this store to others.

This is the only place I get my electronics fixed ! Great customer service excellent reasonable prices and Fabulous work. I leave with a smile every time. I highly recommend you take your devices here ! You won’t regret it I promise!
