Very clean and professional store. Staff is very polite and helpful. Mr Robert is very helpful and answers any and all questions that I have. I always ask for him by name whenever I need anything. I will only shop at this batteries plus from now on and will refer my friends and family to Robert for any help that they need.

I was told by a auto repair shop my battery need replaced. It was 6 years old. I decide to give BP a chance. I ordered on my smart phone and picked it. Your store rep installed it and was very professional. I can’t remember his name though. It is still winter so time will tell if the Duracell 27F battery will start my truck at 4:15am. 🤔 although I have every confidence it will😎

I needed a battery for one of the emergency lighting fixtures in my business so I called the Fredericksburg store and after giving the battery info it was in stock.  This battery is not stocked in any of the big box stores.  I drove there immediately and the same clerk retrieved the battery for me. Great service and thanks for having it in stock.

The purchase was easy and quick. Purchased the new battery online, drove to the store, had the battery installed in 10 - 15 minutes and out the door. I definitely recommend Batteries Plus Bulbs
